16GB is almost not enough for modern games
32gb is great for everything

Weird, no one other than me has even done the first thing to diagnose the issue, none have shared their specs or other software running, they haven't said if everything is upto date, when they last did a fresh game, driver and windows install.

If people did any of these things they would likely find the answer, if they don't want to maintain their system and just cry 'optimisation' despite it clearly running well for most people, even on low end hardware, then perhaps they should just buy a console and stop moaning as frankly, it gets boring when people whine but refuse to entertain the idea there may be a local conflict just because 'other' games run well.

oh trust me, my guy you don’t know ♥♥♥♥ I take care of my stuff. I update my drivers. I do everything I need to do you can go ahead and sit there. Say it’s user error all you want but when other people have the same issue and you know every other game seems to run fine it’s not a hardware issue. It’s the game.

Again, that other games run is totally irrelevant, if you knew what you were doing, you would understand that.

So, instead of acting like a petulant child, how about you share your full specs, so cpu, gpu, (if anything is overclocked) ram (type and speed), OS, temps, peripherals plugged in (I take it you tried unplugging in-needed stuff like joysticks already) abd any software currently running.

You could also share when you last updated your drivers and mobo bios and how old your OS install is.

But, I don't know what I am on about, both my systems only run the game fine.

Have fun crying or try to find a fix, which, I am trying to help you with.

There is no fix my guy not from you anyway lol, you done nothing helpful so i will not share my specs along with most of you unhelpful just say bad pc or you dont care of your stuff like ok my guy im sure you know my setup and how i treat it, I’m troubleshooting it myself

If it was purely the fame, everyone would have the problem, that is a fact.

The issue is clearly a conflict or a certain configuration causing the problem.

Again, I am trying to help those like you find that said cause so you can play the game.

I've been fine, usually 100+ to 144 (max) FPS on 5120x1440. But I've got a 7950x, 32gb @ 7800Mhz, and a 4090, all liquid cooled. Other than an occasional stutter I'm normally at the 100+ mark, maxed settings except RT, it did ♥♥♥♥♥ things to my screen when I had it on max visuals or mixed mode. I thought the game has been doing quite well. I could always update my drivers (probably a few months old) and see if that helps.

it seems you guys would rather complain. All you did was tell people there’s not an issue when there is an issue. You clearly are a little slow if you think everyone using the same software is only causing issues for a minority and that it is not connected to said minorities systems.

You could of given me the info I asked about, as could a dozen others with problems and a common theme would likely show up as the culprit.

Instead you screach, you clearly have no idea about software or hardware and prefer to insult the one person trying to help you.

Well, I'm out, suffer with a broken pc, it has zero impact on me, the game runs great on my low end home theatre pc and my high end gaming rig, runs great on literally millions of others systems too, but, no, it has to be the game and there is nothing you could possibly do to help!

try my laptop and desktop runs amazing but they both have 4090 but I try my old PC I gave my girlfriend with 3080 and it runs fine there too if you want more fps try turning off ray tracing

I maintain my system / optimize my PC configuration for performance, stability, and compatibility, as much as possible, better than 99.99% of people out there, I can promise you that, and this game specifically has VERY APPARENT optimization issues. Ironically, some of your go-tos here for diagnosing the issue is based on a noticeable lack of experience when you're considering OS install dates or fresh game installs. An OS reinstall is worse in every aspect against a properly-configured & well-maintained install, even if it's been a DECADE since the last fresh OS install. In the interest of time I'll have to refrain from elaborating on the rest of this.
What's MORE common in these situations is people not having enough awareness to notice when something's wrong or sub-par, because they're used to dealing with & accepting garbage-tier console-like performance.
There is no fix on our end; it is clearly the game.
Now, A NEW PATCH JUST DROPPED TODAY with multiple optimizations made, BECAUSE IT'S AN ACTUAL ISSUE, but don't expect the difference to be significant. I'm about to try it out for myself in a few minutes. Will be streaming it all day (with 2xNVENC that should breeze through the encoding effortlessly FTR).
