those mission gave extra reward , but you can only do it once
not my video but this guys does the math REALLY well so can explain what i mean by resistance being a trap
edited to add, he does not mention reductions to incoming damage stat at all in his formula but that is another stat on some of the rare mods that could also be beneficial to look into, but i haven't tested anything around those numbers as of yet
You'll get the items on the right with resists later on in the thousands if you want them, so I'd not invest in the mods too heavily.
What you should do is max out hp and defence ASAP for any character and stay near an ahax's shield when fighting the colossus.
From what I understand, if it has that red circle X arrow, that means it is non-repeatable, and will only have a chance to drop the first time you do the mission. If you don't get it, then you are expected to farm it from some hard mode Intercept boss.
The random video on youtube you watched probably got lucky and got it the first try.
I am gonna assume that under Kingston, Slumber Valley, it will list a lot of places and also the word "Mission Monster". That means enemies in all Kingston missions have a chance to drop Polygenic Antibody. I assume the chance is much lower, because you would have gotten it by now based on the sheer number of enemies you've killed.
I haven't figured out whether Mission Monster means random mobs or only the leader at the end of the mission.
A lot of people misunderstood his original video, so he felt the need to clarify his stance on resistances in this updated video. Resistances can help, but you don't need a lot of it, and they are most certainly not a "trap". Just don't stack it to the moon, the same thing applies to DEF stat too.

Heres a thread of mine in reddit asking exactly the same thing with a picture but getting nowhere, this is starting to be a real source of frustration as theres no definate answers to stuff anywhere.
I'm not at home now so I cannot investigate further, but I have been doing that dungeon on my Freya while leveling her, and I don't remember seeing that mod in the rewards list.
The only mods listed on the dungeon reward list are Reload Insight and Magazine Compulsive. And I have gotten them both after over an hour of farming.
I assume that because it is only listed in the acquisition info page and not on the rewards list, it means it is 100% but you only get it once.
