Why in a game about guns is the word ""sniper"" banned? why is AFK banned? what is the deal with all the normal game language being censored?

If I'm remembering this correct, I heard about very similar things from previous games and someone mentioned saying the company would often import some general word filter in without exactly doing it themselves so it would cover a blanket of bad or offensive words. Seeing as how this game has had some translation errors here and there, I wouldn't be surprised if the same is to be said about this game

Reading into it further "Ni" is part of the younger (kpop) version of the korean language and the older more used version is "Ne". They both mean the same thing, its just a difference of Cultural Ages.

So maybe they are trying to restrict KPOP variances in language?

It sure has some of the most restricted chats I've seen. Usually you at least understand the politics behind banning this and that, agree or not. The bothersome part is that you never know what or why is it banned. Suspect AI at play, and a very badly programmed one, looking for offensive words in all languages at once. I just don't care that putting letters E and R or A and N is considered offensive in some amazonian tribe culture.

See the news today about 1B users messenger's owner getting arrested exactly because their platform isn't moderated. I suppose Nexon's devs don't want to be arrested so they've simply banned practically the whole English language

I asked in chat just now if anyone has a precision code breaker for the vault, and even that had a word "banned" so I tried different ways of asking someone to help open, everything just said banned. The censorship is crazy I've asked many times before if I could have help opening. Why is it banned now?
