Caliber purchase from steam wallet don't work

hi everyone,
i tried to purchase caliber with my steam wallet , but everytime it said purchased failed ( i got enough money on it obviously) i tried in game too same error listed everytime , purchased failed.
don't know what to do anymore , i subit a ticket to steam , never experienced this issue with any purchase via steam for the past 10 years .
any idea ?

The battlepass contains nothing you can use unless you buy other cosmetics, you cant apply those skins to weapons without paying to do so and spinning another RNG wheel you do know that?

Hmm, usually it's an issue of an unverified steam account. (Some games require a steam account to have purchased a game before on it before they can buy microtransactions.) However this doesn't seem to be the case here.

I just bought $5 worth to make sure it's not the server having issues, worked fine for me from steam wallet. So not quite sure.

Also you know Caliber shows up in the SHOP email, not in your regular email right? I've told so many this and they never noticed lolz

It doesn't work for me. Just adds the money to steam wallet and then transaction fails. It is a known issue since 4 July apparently, though it doesn't appear to affect everyone as all my friends have made purchases with no issues. They're cancelling all transactions within 2 days it appears. Very frustrating, especially as there was like one post on twitter about it and no other communication.

Ya sorry to hear that, I've also heard they are banning people that don't wait for Nexon to return the money. So be careful whatever you do.

really strange , first time having this problem since i create my account like 10 years go , i submit a ticket to steam but clearly it's a problem with TFD and steam ( i try to purchase a game at 5 euros with my wallet works fine )

This was my issue as well, funds added to wallet but purchase failed when attempting to purchase caliber through the steam shop or the in game shop. Am just gonna give it time and try again next week. Hopefully they post a fix before then!
