My Descendants (characters) level reset it self ?

I have 4 Descendantd (characters) and all of them was lvl 40 but today I realised they just reset level it self and now they are 1 level.. All skills look like full upgraded but levels is 1 what the hell ? Why I dhould lvl up again ? Sorry but I dont wanna waste my time to level up again all of them, thats it I am done! Each time when I enter the map I have to turn off frame gen and on again to fix stutter and now I have to spend my time on my descendants level which I already lvl them up before.. Anyway good luck to you guys play this ALPHA Statu game but I dont wanna help them to fix their problems.. Not worth to play...

This happened to my Ajax during the second infiltration boss there was a match making error and i got reset to lvl 1 with all the stats still being high, When i lvled him back up,(because i mainly play ajax) it seemed like i got more stats? So i was like ♥♥♥♥ it they're fix it eventually or the won't.
