"Arche Acceleration" mod

So, there's this mod:

"Skill Speed" - what does it mean? Casting animation? And if so... 19.2% increase in casting speed on max rank (for 12 capacity cost, no less!) is really not worth it. Sure, it also comes with RANGE too, but... Eeeeeeh, I dunno.

UNLESS... "Skill Speed" actually means something different?

I haven't tested it yet but hopefully it makes Bunny run faster and Valby glide faster.

The actual description of it is:
"Increases skills projectile speed and range. Applies only to skills affected by this modifier"

Ive tested it on Bunny, have 0 effect on her skills (the speed bit)

Ok, so... I tested it myself. 22k koiper shards to max out, but eh... And it's really not that great. All mod slots empty, base stats, with and without the mod.

I did not notice the increase in speed - but then again, 19.2% increase is too low to be even visible, I take it? While the fact that the projectile went further is due to the 2nd portion of the mod (the range increase).

And no, it does not affect any of her other abilities. Glide included - it stays the same. So I assume Bunny also isn't affected.

Weird. Where do you see this "ACTUAL" description? For me it's literally this:

That is not the description I am referring to.
Whenever you equip a mod that gives a bonus and save it, and then go to your Descendant stats, there will be an extra line with a separate description, often a more logical one.

The description I posted is what it says in your descendant stats screen.
This mod would affect Valby's bubble shot ability, Blairs Q ability if you have the skill mod that changes it to a projectile, Viessas Q, Freyas Q and V etc.

Spells shoot out and fly FASTER so you can hit things easier, more accurate. (SPEED)
Spells fly farther before they just "poof/splat" in the air. (RANGE)

Sooooooo... A useless mod, eh? Unless you REALLY wanna max out on that Range, so you really feel like adding that extra 19.2%, but that's about it lol. AT LEAST on Valby, I suppose.

Who could benefit from it though? Viessa or Freyna? For their projectile-based abilities to fly faster... Sharen's 3rd ability? Crafted, but haven't played her yet... but that sounds like a projectile-based ability too. Lepic's nades? Blair's 4th? Esiemo's mines? Enzo's 1st also seems like a projectile... And Yujin's 2nd ability too, I suppose. Way too niche, I think. Especially with such a low % increase that on Valby's 1st it's not even visually noticable.

About the speed: I believe it makes projectiles and descendants go faster.
About the range: It's always good to have more range.
This is a good mod depending on what you are doing.

Does this make Hailey's 2 or Lepic's 4 casting speed quicker? Those abilities are a slog to use.
