Did some math and will probably buy ult Bunny today

Got the Bundle today, thanks for all your input and ideas!

With the current chances to get parts for the ult character it looks like it will take around 30-80 hours to get the full set, in average salary is say 10$/hour, you’ll waste 300-800$, instead of getting the ult character and unique armor sets for it, unobtainable in normal gameplay ( or again for a very very long time farming for caliber ). All in all it seems that even for that exorbitant prices it’s still much more time-money efficient to buy, then to farm.

Here to discuss, listen to opinions, probably someone can change my mind about it, but it’s a pure math here - I have my fun and keep my nerves, instead of farming.

the strat is working realize how long it takes to get make you feel the need to spend money to get it...this game is so fun as long as i pay a ton of money on a consistent basis for it....the delusion is real

It's not about how much money you can make while gaming; because gaming is inherently a waste of time.

It's about whether nexon deserves the money; which they definitely don't(got caught setting droprate to 0%...etc. and only got a slap on the wrist for it in court)

Well, to be honest ...I do have similar approach as OP in regard to in-game purchases. Whenever it's in-game gold or mats to buy/craft a costume/whatever that one need to specifically farm for and not have a FUN* -> If I enjoy game I will choose to swipe

*Now, my definition of 'FUN' might be different from yours.
I do enjoy a freedom and a freedom of grind. When I see a mob I'd like to try and kill - I'll give it a go, and if I like it there , I will stay for a while and grind the spot.
I love to jump around virtual world, climb virtual mountains or lurk in virtual caves; there are days when I don't even kill a single mob cuz all I do is sightseeing.

With limited time that I have on my hands for gaming, a freedom of choice what to do, and not being roped to the 'grind for specific mats'/'grind on the best gold-for-hour spot' is what really matters to me.

@RiseM Just have fun and enjoy yourself !

Ps. Yes, I know what's 'grind', I've been playing MMORPGs since ...before cash-shop was invented.

I can go two times into a restaurant, 1 time to a party with friends and some beer, 2-3 times on a quest, or buy an item in a game. I don’t consider it a job, I’m simply comparing time/value. I either spent time and my nerves farming on a char, or spent this time on work.

If you are certain about playing this for a while, go for it. I got ultimate gley, because I cannot be bothered to grind for it, and I definitely need her.

I agree that buying one prime to use it while farming others sounds like a good call. I will probably do it as well, once I decide on which one

The way you fix the drop rate isn't buy the item... you drop the game.

YOU are the reason that drop rate is bad... so don't complain about it then be part of the problem within the same breath.
