OK, I've set my mind on this game and it was fun, and I was going to invest time and money in it. Because from what I played in the demo, I really enjoyed the style and story and gameplay. But the following honestly will burn me right out of this game if this isn't changed.

I didn't expect such a huge upward damage requirement curve right from the middle of the story, which requires you to excessively grind and craft/gamble like it's endgame only to have barely enough damage to kill a dead bride.

Not only do you need hours to produce enough resources to research devices that enable you to get the required damage type for this boss... but when you modify the weapon , you can't even be sure you'll get fire attack needed for that boss. Then you need a plethora of other sidesteps before you can craft decent modules. And to top it all off , the boss runs on a time limit ? Those are bullying design decisions.

What does it matter that we need 10 minutes to kill this boss ? If we know the right tactics and want to play it safe ?

I got into several cases where a decent team of 4 players were capable enough to strategize against this boss, and then we've brought her to 10% health but then, tough luck: time is up ?

No, I find this unnescesarrily elitist pushy design. In games like the division, you'd only get this kind of nitpicky requirement for progression and repetitive grinding at the endgame.

And if this is how it's going to be for the rest of the story, I think the repetitive grinding requirements are just going to burn me out. Sad because I liked the atmosphere.
