Gley Exclusive Skill mod needs readjusting.

Dr. Gleys unique skill mod is a huge nerf if you decide to take it. I tried it out with different guns, with and without using her Z skill, and it is drastically reducing your damage if you take it.
1. The duration it gives to the buff is similar if not a little smaller than what you can get with the skill duration mod of blue quality.
2. The fixed fire rate cheats you out of bullets with every single gun aside from sniper rifles I believe.

With Super sense mode, and a machine gun, It gives around 8 seconds of duration, and you can fire 6 whole bullets during the duration.

WIthout the mod you can shoot around 60ish bullets for the 7 second duration (with blue duration mod)

Same capacity cost, for around 54 more empowered bullets.

Even if you want to main snipers, it's still just a very very bad skill. Idk if the devs understand the ability all too well for letting this slide by beta. Because it's just.... very bad, huge nerf to your character at the cost of capcity. (Yes I upgraded it to see if it gets better at high tiers. The info given was like 5-7 upgrades in)

ive been using it with the Guardian R4 Launcher which has a base fire rate of 49r/m cause i thought that would be the most effective since the firerate barely changes but it honestly doesnt feel the best
