Ultimate Viessa mod. Anyone know what it actually does? Or how to use it?

its exactly as it says. instead of having to "prime" Blizzard and THEN fire it it just automatically lobs an orb that launches blizzard on impact. not terrible.. not great either imo? just less "work" involved,

though i suppose it does have the downside of it's an arc so might not even reach where you want it (something might interrupt it or you overestimated the distance etc).

Ok, I wasn't even sure what skill it was for. I guess it doesn't work the way I had imagined it to, or it's bugged, I'm not sure, I'll look when I get on tonight.

Not worth the amount of capacity or grind to level it up, if you ask me.
Some of these skill modules seems to be more like disadvantageous to use. And they dont even use the same socket type, so assigning an socket type to the slot, might be another problem (if is possible)

i wouldn't forma it since at max it only costs 4 capacity. i can see how launching blizzard instead of nearly dead stopping to aim it could be useful. a lot of these skills are nice little 'extra' playstyle changes. there's only one on valby i like so far but i dont have them all yet
