If you are F2P don't "invest" Bunny or 3 starter descendants (Ajax, Viessa. Lepic)

Not saying they are BAD. They are "as-is" descendants that work fine, and there are better Ultimate Versions.

Invest in your weapon or some other descendants. Farm Gley or Ultimate Gley, Ultimate Bunny or Ajax, Blair, or go Freyna for your initial investment.

This "need to save"-disease is as old as games with inventory systems. Don't do what we've already suffered from 30 years ago and actually use up the stuff you craft, before you're becoming incurable in the "but the next character they release..."-arguments^^

It is not about "the amount" it is the time to get it. It is time consuming to get Crystallization Catalyst and Energy Activators.

People believe that Bunny, Lepic, Viessa, or Ajax is super good and worth all that investment.

They are FREE and a stepping stone. Since most F2P will farm Gold, XP, Equipment, and more likely Kuiper Shards. The chances of getting good accessories, modules to compensate the lack of that investment is good enough for most content.

Nah not 30 years, 15 at best. Saving for later was a thing till early 2010s. And it’s certainly not about this game.

You say that now. Some teams are not even letting Bunnies join their 210+ infiltration ops HARD.

Either that or farm until you can solo a 200+ infiltration ops for that 50k points.

If I am getting booted from a party cause of a character this early in the game then this game is going to be having some trouble later on and would need an actual group finder then. But in the end its just a game who cares in the end, cause its a NEXON game and we dont know how long this game will even last.

The starting 3 characters is fine if you want to main it... but there are better in long term investments.

Gley / Ult Gley is one of the best characters in most hard modes.

ngl gley is A tier at best, the best frames right now are bunny, velby and freyna.

Disagree, dump completely into Bunny and use her to farm everything easy. She easily handles all content and makes farming so much faster. I wanted to save initially as well for Ultimate, but than i realized how gimped i was trying to do that.

If you are free 2 play you won't be getting ultimate bunny in the near future. So, no, you should invest on bunny.

wtf? you can do both. not everyone is a whale and can drop 50-100$ for a new character. it takes a while to get the ultimates. there is NOTHING wrong modding and kitting out the starters and bunny. hell is BETTER to do so because you can copy that build to your ultimate once you get it.

Exactly. And since the Ultimate versions are exactly the same when it comes to skills, there's no real changes that need to be made to your mods. I rather grind for characters than waste the price of a AAA game to buy ONE.

You first need to build up one to make farming the next easier. Makes no since to gimp and punish yourself. The cata and activator are not that hard to farm.

Ultimate bunny is not that easy to get even if you are already in hardmode. Dont worry about that mushroom just use it early, after you start farming ultimate at hard mode you will be flooded by activator and catalyst blueprint.

But there is still a few descendant really worth investment early.

Sharen - required for farming ultimate and also one of the top damage dealer

Enzo - required for farming vault material for everything, it also one of the best support in the game

Bunny - best farmer everyone know this

Lepic - ultimate lepic is not that easy to get, you can just max normal lepic, farm other ultimate first and then come back to him.

Gley - pretty much a colossus killer as long you understand her build and not just copy pasting online build

Valby - good all around, farming gold and experience but i would say kind of a waste since ultimate valby isbone of the easiest ultimate to get.
