Game is too dark!

I can't adjust gamma or do much of anything to make this visible. A lot of the internal or underground corridors are so dark you literally can't see a step in front of you.

Why can't you adjust brightness? That seems the simplest option, second would be adjusting your monitor. By default, the game is not particularly dark, aside from couple seconds when stepping from light to darker area.

Make sure your monitor and OS/system is matching full range RGB (0-255) or limited. Sounds like you have severe crushed blacks with your current settings where shadows and all are just pitch black void of anything. It will look like it's "popping" and good but it's terrible for seeing anything.

Go into options>graphics>Global Illumination. Put on Medium.

Had the same problem. It's in Options > Display > Screen Calibration (3 tab from the top). Had it on 4 and set it to 5 diffrence like night and day.

Try group with 3 gley with infinite explosions

I have the same problem. When my nephews are streaming their game, its mostly bright but in my game its extremely dark on many spots not sure why.

It's not too dark, it's just fine. Sounds like a you issue.
