Difference betweem tech skill power and for example toxic skill power?

Their both seperate modifiers for skills. They all have 2. Normally one attribute (fire/ice etc..) and one skill "archetype" (Dimension/Tech/Singular). Each descendant usually has 1 element but multiple "archetype"s between their skills. So look at the specific ability you want to make stronger.
