Bad lag spike every hour or so

Is anyone else having this “issue” where like the title says I get a very bad lag spike I have a very good system 7800x3d 4080 I also play on max setting cause max or low I cap at 120 and it’s stable all the way till it spikes then back to normal idk if this is server related or my pc

Yep. Actualy ALWAYS 2 spikes in row with like 1 frame between them.

yeah i have the same issue with the same frequency. game freezes twice then it stops happening for about an hour. No reason found yet.

i notices if i go from public to private 80% lag is gone i think ppl in map is what makes insane lags sometimes my pc sux i play with 1050ti and sometimes especially with bunch of bunny around zapping its unplayable maybe its also ping problem but when i go to private i barely lag

Kinda worrying they don't have this on their known issues list tbh. People have been pointing this out for awhile now and no word from the devs.

What do you mean by lag spike ? As in, connection lag or FPS issues ? I have a sort of FPS freeze every hour for some reason (FPS just goes to 1 for about 2-3 seconds).

Same, i7-11700k 3080, game runs perfectly fine, then 2 microfreeze for 0.5 or 1 sec each. Then runs perfectly again. It's also very inconsistent, 1 time I can just afk and it freeze while other times I'm fighting the entire galaxy and it freeze. Should be a rather high prio thing to fix tbh

I think the issue that I, you, loxmon and dwane have are excatly the same.

i also get the exact same fps lag spike being mentioned here. big lag, small frame of no lag, big lag, then all is well for a long time until it happens again lol. whole spike maybe takes 3-4 seconds. runs perfectly fine otherwise

Having a freeze frame show about ever hour. Everything will be fine and than it's like the game crashed and I just freeze for about a second followed by movement for a second followed by yet another freeze for a second and than it acts normal. Kind of gets annoying especially in big fights. It feels like motion blur is on but I always have it off in games because I don't like it.

same here 5800x3d 32go 7900XT (4080 equivalent AMD side), appears mostly when theres a suden pop of monsters or a new trigger event during a group party mission of 4 ppl.
