I had the same issue, queued 3-4 more times and finally killed it.
A player failing is not gonna be a learning experience unless they know why they failed. To this end these boss fights are pretty poorly designed.
If elemental resist is so important make 60-70% of the value required to que pugs.
Plus the scaling needs tuning. Group fights should spawn more adds for one.
It was kinda the same in Vindictus (other big Nexon game), you couldn't get past endgame story bosses without serious grinding, hence why i think this game will see its playerbase shrinking by a lot in next weeks when people 'hit the wall'.
Guys this game is simple, if the boss is ice, toxic, fire or wathever, you just need to up one card on your build that block those damages.
just solo it. it's way easier than having some quickmatch bojos.
that regen gimmick makes it impossible with dumbo teammates
