Water Play doesn't drop from The Shelter? (Bug or incorrectly listed)

I haven't counted, but it does feel like I have run The Shelter (in the Vespers: Timberfall) ~30 times and haven't gotten the Water Play module at all.

But I have gotten the Electric Condense module 3 times now, from The Shelter.

The Shelter is listed in the Acquisition Info for Electric Condense and Water Play, but the Water Play module is actually displayed on map icon with ~1% chance to drop. All of the Transcendent modules I've seen listed on the map say ~1% chance to drop.

The fact that I've gotten Bunny's red module 3 times from The Shelter makes me think that Water Play doesn't actually drop from The Shelter, and it's bugged, or listed in the wrong instance.

It drops. I got two of them before I ever got the 20% Freyna cell from that dungeon. I ran the thing 30+ times.

I got FOUR of the Ajax void explosion one, 3 other singular reds for different characters and 2 of Water Play. But I'm struggling to hit those 20-30% drops on basically everything.

I know RNG is RNG but I feel like the listed rates are not accurate.

Jesus Christ, relax Francis. It was a genuine question as "water play. . ." has a number of different meanings, one of which would be hilarious in a game as "horny" as this one is.

. . ."snowflakes getting offended" indeed.

Yes it does drop but it took me like 60 try so good luck
