No other audia than english...sad
I really think that on a fps it is a bad idea not to get audio language localization. On a rpg, you have time to read, to listen, but not on a fps. When you are fragging etc....even if you know English, it is not as easy and as fast to understand in a full action momentum and with your friend talking than in your native language.
I never understand why they don't do french, spanish, german, chinese, russian, japenese audio localization at least. i know there would be much more audio language to do, but those are already concerning a lot of people all over the world and would be a great add in such a game.
Sincerly in action, i don't have time to read the traduction.
I also know that some people don't care about immersion, but i still think that i'm not the only for who it is missing.

Or just switch to Korean audio

Go ahead and pay up to 25k per voice actor per language. Lets say you need 5 voice actors per language that are already 125k for 1 language. And you want to have localisatiuon for every country in existence wich are 195 countrys atm wich translates to roughly 24 million dollar just for the voice acting and that is just an assumption. Depending on the game it can be way more or way less.

So yeah its easier and cheaper to make it in the dev studios native language and in english...

well if a game has the pretension to go ahead, they need many audio languages, and as i said, specially in FPS ones.
However, nevermind, this is just my opinion :) and you don't need 195 languages at all :) be serious please in your statement, there is a cap between english only and english, french, spanish, chinese, russian, german, portuguese which are the most spoken language in the world (hindi and arabic population spoke usually very well english, although their language are among the most spoken ones too and their population has not the most number of gamers)

There is also Korean, which sounds far better imo. I think Ubisoft is the only gaming company that adds a dozen optional language options.

You clearly didnt get the point at all...

And just for an example English is in fact the most spoken language pretty much everywhere.

French as an example is only mostly spoken in african countries outside france and even on the african countrys maybe 10k or so are regualary playing on pc and even less playing TFD as an example so no need for french localisation at all

And that arabian countries have the most gamers is just not true at all. Most players are european and american that arabics are compared to this only a small portion of gamers worldwide. And you know that most games are even banned in arabic countries too

There will probably be future updates with more localization, but as the first response said, it costs Money to do all voice in another laguage.

The game is Free to Play, so there will need to be CLEAR incentive for them to devote more resources into more voice actors for more laguages. I just don't see that happening any time soon.

Steam list is very biased towards country demographic that utilizes PC more heavily for gaming. There is a VERY large Arab community in the Console gaming world.. however I sincerely doubt it would ever be considered near there top 5 in the world...

Other than that, I 100% agree with your viewpoint.

tbh for consoles the statistics are totally different. But still i doubt that the arab countries are even in the top 10 since they almost banning every game in existence.

And i mean sure no company do localisations for every language out there ^^ its just an easy example for Roumata to maybe understand why they didnt do it but i guess he dont want to accept a valid point at all ^^
