So yeah its easier and cheaper to make it in the dev studios native language and in english...
well if a game has the pretension to go ahead, they need many audio languages, and as i said, specially in FPS ones.
However, nevermind, this is just my opinion :) and you don't need 195 languages at all :) be serious please in your statement, there is a cap between english only and english, french, spanish, chinese, russian, german, portuguese which are the most spoken language in the world (hindi and arabic population spoke usually very well english, although their language are among the most spoken ones too and their population has not the most number of gamers)
And just for an example English is in fact the most spoken language pretty much everywhere.
French as an example is only mostly spoken in african countries outside france and even on the african countrys maybe 10k or so are regualary playing on pc and even less playing TFD as an example so no need for french localisation at all
And that arabian countries have the most gamers is just not true at all. Most players are european and american that arabics are compared to this only a small portion of gamers worldwide. And you know that most games are even banned in arabic countries too
There will probably be future updates with more localization, but as the first response said, it costs Money to do all voice in another laguage.
The game is Free to Play, so there will need to be CLEAR incentive for them to devote more resources into more voice actors for more laguages. I just don't see that happening any time soon.

Now tell me where the arabic countries have the most gamers xD
Steam list is very biased towards country demographic that utilizes PC more heavily for gaming. There is a VERY large Arab community in the Console gaming world.. however I sincerely doubt it would ever be considered near there top 5 in the world...
Other than that, I 100% agree with your viewpoint.
And i mean sure no company do localisations for every language out there ^^ its just an easy example for Roumata to maybe understand why they didnt do it but i guess he dont want to accept a valid point at all ^^
