No Premium Currency
I purchased calibers earlier in the day and still haven't received them. I requested a refund and Steam is putting it on Nexon. I apparently spent currency I never received.

I came back and purchased more earlier this evening and it was in my inbox almost immediately.

Still no sign of the other currency. Anyone having this issue? I was under the impression they solved this problem.

I didn't have that issue, but there was still a 5 minute or so delay between purchasing and receiving.

If you never received it, and have receipts, then open a ticket with Nexon.

Already opened one. Just wondering if anyone else had this issue and if I should be expecting a battle with Nexon.

Nah, if the payment went through, it should be an easy fix. Nexon is good about making sure people get what they paid for because they want you to keep spending. Bad for business if people stop spending.

I asked the same question before and someone named Sir Meowthius kindly answered and helped me find it! below is a direct copy and paste from them:

"Sir Meowthius
Go to your Inventory
Go to the Shop Tab
Go to the bottom left corner and youll see another Mailbox specifically for Shop Items.
Your Caliber coins are there.

Off chance, some have mentioned up to 10 minutes delay, usually its in the box within a minute of the transaction completion. May also need to connect to a Nexos Account. Some reported they had to link for some reason."

Not to be a ♥♥♥♥ but I know how to redeem. If you actually read my post I mentioned another transaction being successful afterwards.

They work very quickly. I woke up to a refund.

when i hit purchase the steam store page goes away but nothing in the mail box and it did not take the money out of my steam account so they havent taken my money but for some reason it is not purchasing the coins anyone have any ideas???

You are likely skipping the last step where you go back and confirm the purchase for like a 3rd time.
