That being said, I agree, the game needs more hard matchmaking. Though the dungeons are barely doable with randos, and intercepts on hard are basically impossible with randos. (Hard gear check)
Some people have no friends, some of us do - but if you are a productive human who doesnt waste oxygen, you won't magically be able to setup reliable play sessions with friends because ummm life and work? As a result, the game hits a brick wall unless you want a single player game, which again, TFD is terrible as that - way better choices.
