I haven't tried it with this game yet but I did see a couple people saying they are using it to help with the washed out colors. They haven't complained about being banned yet.
At this particular moment I would expect they are banning everybody then can to make room for new players so I wouldn't risk it.
That doesn't matter to a program designed to look for modification of files. Reshade has always been a 50/50 on online games with an anticheat.
Its not like back in the day when we could just add skins to World of Warcraft because they were client side textures that didnt have a security check in them to verify they were the correct files.
