Anyone else on the Healer?

I just feel like the support role guy, (Forgot his name) is lacking on healing capabilities in a realistic sense. 80% of the time my team mates run away from me when I proc his aoe heals as if they think they are suppose to for some reason.

His single target heal is really limited on range with how much players move around and the disconnect thing is a real problem. I have to practically hug people to heal them and when I do heal them, it seems to be very low amounts. Despite building for skill power and having a pretty strong enhancement core for skills.

Am I alone here or are you guys having the same problems with his toolkit? I just think considering he is one of the most expensive descendants to purchase or farm for, like the others in his tier list, that he is not bringing enough to the plate for a 20$ descendant.

Yes healing feels lacklustre , I would suggest playing Enzo for now if you like supporting your teammates , He give ammo and damage .

Healing isn't really a part of this game throughout most parts of the game, so naturally nobody really develops the necessary awareness of what to do, when there's actually one present. Usually, when you get hit too much, the best thing is simply to run away and hide to wait for the shield to regain and to collect some health drops afterwards. Having a Healer is just counter intuitive for that.

To get the most potential out of that char, it's better to just play in a premade group with at least 1-2 other players

In beta Jayber could heal thru solo facetanking Colossus. I don't have him or new healer so I don't know if it got nerfed.

From a Tier list I saw, Yujin is substandard, Jayber may be balanced but still below given how certain characters are overpowered
If you want to play Support, seems you go Enzo or get moar DPS

I would have thought given imbalances people who make more of a fuss about it wanting to see all characters useful
This is not a PvP game where a lot of companies seem to never balance anything, would think it easier to make most if not all Descendants close to balanced and useful
