Descendat abilities

How can I upgrade descendat abilities? I have bunny whit level 4 abilities but it tells me that I could improve the values ​​of the latter but I don't know how, any help?

Modules: Equip modules that boost the following stats:
Skill Power: Improves the effectiveness of her Lightning Emission ability.
Electric Skill Power: Enhances her electric-based skills.
Skill Range: Increases the range of her abilities.
Skill Duration: Extends the duration of her skills.
Mana: Helps keep her Speed of Light active for longer.
HP and DEF: Bunny is somewhat of a glass cannon, so defensive stats are essential.

Reactor and External Components:
Tingling Singularity Reactor: Ideal for Bunny, providing a multiplier to both Speed of Light and Lightning Emission.
Alternatively, if you want to focus on her first and fourth abilities, consider the Tingling Mixture Reactor for its bonus to Fusion skills.

Ultimate Weapon:
Thunder Cage Ultimate: Unleashes an AOE shockwave every time you defeat an enemy, synergizing well with Bunny’s skills like Lightning Emission and Thrill Bomb

as in her abilities level they are the same as every other class so from level 1 to 40 they will level up there's no way to buff them more unless the Ultimate Bunny does that and allows for higher Levels.

How do you level up your abilities? Only way I thought to do more damage with them was to get a better reactor.
