Having audio problems

I'm playing with headphones and often half the sound, usually the enemy sounds stop. I have to then go to the audio menu and switch to anything else then back to headphones and it starts working again. I verified game files so that didn't fix it. I also have the latest drivers. Any ideas or is this something that everyone is experiencing and just going to have to wait for a patch?

I'm also experiencing sound effects just not working properly and playing with half the game silenced a lot of the time. It's really immersion breaking and makes it hard to enjoy it.

Went in and updated my sound settings from Sterio to Headphones and that has seemed to have helped.

I have to go back and forth every 3 minutes from headphones to stereo

I have issues with my music apps like youtube and apple music getting muffled when shooting in game

Okay, I thought I was the only one dealing with this because it is becoming very frustrating having to constantly switch between studio and headphones whenever I travel to a different location and it seems to happen EVERYTIME. Doesn't seem like there's a fix anywhere so we may have to wait on a patch..

it only happens when i play spec ops w/ my bunny i rubber band and stutter alot thats when i lose the sound for like 6minutes lul

Turn off "Windows sonic for headphones".

Turning of spacial sound on my pc seemed to fix it but I haven't done enough testing to be certain
