PS: Here or any other program, would not worry about it too much unless you touch 90C, unless you intend to keep your PC for the next decade or more.
78C to 82C is high, but fine, remember this game also taxes the GPU highly, which means more heat in your case, which mean a hotter cpu, since more heat is being dumped into your PC. You can lower the frames a bit, limit it to 60 fps to have the GPU work less hard and in turn CPU as well, since high fps increases cpu workload. Otherwise, getting another casefan, or getting better ones would help out too, even cleaning your pc, and repasting your CPU thermal paste, can do wonders too.
I got a 5800x3d and sit around 66-75C whilst playing this game.
