can't continue the story, bug?

on my map, it's telling me that my main quest is in ablion and that i have to speak with Alpha.
the problème is that when i go speek to him there no dialoge option and i don't have any main quest anymore in my quest menu. i have rebout the game 2 times, then verified the files and even reinstalled the game but it didn't do anything. i tryed doing activities in the game to see if it would change things but nothing happenend. i need help here since i can't continue the story wich leed to being stuck in my overall progression. i have just begun the desert zone and done the first region in it then the story was stuck.

Have you guys tried to abandon quest and re-instate?
It might work. Otherwise most likely submit a ticket in Nexon website.

i had a similar moment with a quest with exactly the same issue. I was looking for Alpha, because the last line of the voice over of the last quest i finished told me to go and talk to him. Yeah, after looking for 20min what to do because i didn't find how to continue the quest and Alpha was not help i discovered, that i had to speak to someone on the bridge in the FAR SOUTH of Albion.

I have a similar problem, has anyone found a solution? I sent a ticket to Nexon 5 days ago but they haven't responded.

i finally find an anwer to my probleme, i pexed some descendant to grow my overall level then it debloqued my quest. i hope it will help you !

What level did you have to reach and was it mastery level?

i don't remember but i think i was level 9 and then passed 10 wich debugued it
