Can we enhance external components?

Is there anything we can do to upgrade external components? Are we supposed to dismantle all the weak ones, including those of ultimate rarity?

Nope, you can't upgrade them. You just have to toss the low leveled ultimates and farm new higher leveled ones.

I just saw that the option to enhance Reactor doesn't level up the reactor like we can do with weapons... I guess we also have to dismantle old Reactors and farm high level ones, right?
