FPS drops, Lags and stuttering

I have tried alot to play this game, but for me it is still unplayable. The lags and stutttering is extreme. I find out, that when i tab out of the window, the game works well. No stuttering und no lags. When i tab back in (windowed mode) the lags are back again and its not playable, weird. Fullscreen does not fix this. Mouse is at 500 rate. Any ideas? Specs are very good and Taskmanager shows no 100% at cpu, ram or gpu.

The tips with mousrate does not work for me. I have tried every rate i can set, also 125Hz. No changes.

I also have stutters, pc specs are:

Ryzen 7 2700x
48GB Ram
Radeon RX 7600 XT
and game installed on an NVME Drive.

FPS is ate around 60 (locked of course) in battles I get some times around 20 - 30 FPS or it drops to around 7 - 10 FPS. tried lowering settings and not working. My brother who also plays the game told me he thinks it is something to do with bad optimization. So yea I really think it server based and game design related and not pc spec related.

same but re-installing the game solved my performance and crashing issues. also updated Physx for good measure. verify files doesn't do ♥♥♥♥ just go for a clean install.

everything on low, texture medium, DLSS or what ever on, the stuttering came back today for me, something theyve done has had it. yesterday was fine for me

The game is really badly optimized. Even with a war machine i cant have more than 100fps in 1080p so i supposed average computer or a few year old will struggle to have 60fps
