We've been trying to kill this boss for two days now - it's impossible to get through. Reduce the difficulty, remove the repetitive phases of boss treatment.

Or can you tell me what I need to buy in the game to just complete the storyline of the game?

Upgrade your guns, some abilities work really good on those green cells, use boss' weakness and keep the show goin on. You can do it.

I just got some help getting past it. Once I level up a bit I'll see if I can pay that forward and give you a hand.

up modun gun 25% fire arm and 25% hit rate, save ulti to boss heal phase.

Devourer is easy. Hanged Man however is the final line for me. I see no way killing it with pugs.

Get to level 40
Get 1900 (Or as close to it as you can.) Toxin resistance.
Bring electric or fire damage (Descendant or weapon.)
Save ults for the healing phase.
Destroy leg armor, shoulder armor, chest armor and eyes.

Profit.

On the Devourer, I looked it up online for some tips. Bring electricity to the fight, that'll help damage him over time.

1st Phase: deal as much damage as humanly possible with your ordinary ammo. Don't want to use the specials or heavy just yet.
Regen part: use your special and heavy ammo on the symbionts

Rinse and repeat, this is how I got through it with some randoms.

yeah, that ♥♥♥♥ is wild. Damn snek with ADHD. I think ill try to solo it, but gotta farm some shards to upgrade mi stuff

Less that its hard and more that 99% of players refuse to do basic mechanics for a fight. Leaving 1 player to do it all.
