it was just 1 slot use but infinite usage if you swap it around.
I recall in Beta it was all unlocked? Though I only played the tech Beta last year not the most recent one. still, I know it's F2P but good lord that's a terrible system. Hopefully enough people have sense and discipline to not engage in it to force the change by vote of wallet.
There's more and more sleezy micro transaction stuff I seem to discover every day, but for the purposes of this thread, I completely agree. The game is fun, I'm having fun, but these little things like not even being able to dye stuff properly where their direct competition allows is starting to add up.
But yea no. This paint system needs changed ASAP. This is ridiculous. I'm not even going to bother with it.
You don't need a convoluted system like this to gain funding. The financial department for this game is criminally insane.
In the last technical test they had 3 resources you needed for paint, you could buy 5 of each in a bundle for 300 caliber. you then went to a machine and rolled a gacha game to see what colour you would get, costing one of each resource per roll, so 5 random colors for 300 caliber and the paints you got could repeat and the 'good' colours had a lower chance than the crap ones
