I didn't know that 100% use was a good thing.
I thought the opposite, and I was afraid for my equipment.
CPU Bottleneck means you will have extremely bad performance like really bad stutters and really bad frame drops and really low fps in game!
GPU Bottleneck means that you will not be able to get any higher FPS in the game that you're playing which means that the game you're playing can only achieve 120 FPS are w/e fps your are getting in game then that's as high as your GPU will be able to go!
