How to get items past level 100?

Jones I've killed hard mode bosses they are still capped at 100, I dont know how they expect us to do level 130 with 100 gear

Nope no match making, no idea why. also hard mode changes rewards so you still have to play normal mode missions to unlock most descendants. So new players are going to just hold W until they can get to level 100 as well.

Yeah but dungeons are also capped at monster level 100, do the dungeons drop items or things to get gear higher than 100?
