How do you unlock gley.
I'm trying to open Amorphous 13 but theres no way to open it from what i've found.

it probably is one of the ones that need you to defeat a vault boss in the world its one of the side areas that require shards to activate

If you mouse over an Amorphous Material in your inventory and press L (or whatever your button for "Show linked device" is on the screen), it will tell you which boss/event you have to do to spawn the thing that opens it.
