Installing stuck at 6%
Just like the title, there was a mini patch happened earlier then it's just stuck in installing.

. Switching servers and restarting did not help. Downloaded fine, INSTALL stuck at 6%

Dude, stop making links to your own discussion, when it doesn't fix the issue at hand.
It's an issue with the game's installation on steam, not loading in-game.

Patch unzips and injects already existing files to rebuild the entire installation. Nothing you can do but wait for it to do its thing.
