Not going to happen.

What is the actual problem you're having with the game ?

Never gonna happen. Its using UE5, which doesn't support dx11 anymore.

UE does support DX11 but Lumen and Nanite don't.
So technically as long as game still provides SM5 shaders for DX11 you can force the game to use it by using -d3d11 CLI param but the game will likely look way worse than on DX12 and also very likely not run any better.

This game is totally unoptimized with everyone has different issues. My Ryzen 1800X is fine on 40-60% but can barely run the game over 60fps. I have a GTX 1080Ti but I run Apex Legends (another unoptimized game) on 120fps, and it doesn't look graphically worse than this game. Doesn't matter, low, ultra, performance on FSR its the same crappy framerate. xD

Oh ok. I assumed they abandoned support for it in general since that change. As in, not even being able to fire up UE5 on dx11.

It's like realizing one game is built on Source Engine specifically to have high scalability so wanabe comp players can run it on a potato and the other is build on cutting edge Unreal Engine 5 pushing new technologies forward.

UE5 still has DX11 and it largely depends on the project if it supports it or not.

Typically games that coverted from UE4 to UE5 will have it for backwards compatibility.

Nah Apex runs like crap too, just not as bad. UE5 games of late tend to run like crap by default unless you bother optimizing it.
My point is, its badly optimized, doesn't matter what cutting edge tech it has. Apex is too so no it doesn't really run on potatos all that well either. Same case as this, doesn't matter if I lower or up the graphics, I might get 10fps difference. But at least the fps is high enough and it doesn't freeze whenever it has to spawn some particles like this game. You can have a game on UE5 but also bother optimizing it, this aint it. You can have a game on source and also bother optimizing it, but Apex aint it either. When FSR on performance mode where everything is pixelated gives you the exact same framerate as all settings on ultra, something is wrong.
Opposite example being Warframe and Doom where I recall getting 300fps at times. So far personally, only Red Dead Online and this game made me tweak a bunch of things to get to playable framerate.
EDIT: red dead does look great though. I can see where the framerate is going, but this not really.

The best solution I see is to use Vulkan on a Linux install and the values for DLSS, reflex, and disabling TAA are not available through the menus, they have to be entered manually.

Fortunately the devs left us user configuration files to make that possible

What is with people not realizing 10yro cpus might be outdated?
