Possible out of video memory fix.
For 13th and 14th gen intel cpu's. I used to have this problem alot for many games before i found this a few weeks ago. Google and download the "Intel Extreme Tuning Utility" program. After you open it youre only going to change 1 thing. The performance core ratio (first setting) should be set to 54. Just drop it down 1, to 53 and apply. And thats it.

Ive had this fix running for a few weeks now and have not had a single out of video memory error since. I have an I9-13900k. Hope this helps!

As an aside, i havent actually had the error happen for this game, as ive had this running the entire time.

Try running Fortnite on DirectX12. That game is notorious for this issue with that processor.

Its not just that generation, it seems its all intel CPU's. I have an older i7 6700K 4GHz and it also happens with that one. The problem is, this program doesn't work with that CPU and i really don't want to mess around in BIOS directly

It is not this program, it is your motherboard not playing with UE5's shader compiler nicely. BIOS changes corrected the issue for me. All the changes do is undo the overclocking your motherboard is pushing without your having asked it to do so; some genius decided motherboards should just do this out of the box.
