Actually, seems to... some times. But caught it running hours later, yesterday. So, no.
Why? Because its not really anti cheat, its DRM and theater.
From what i've seen on several posts from other Nexon (and related games) BlackCipher64.aes is an Anti-Cheat.
I also find it strange, and a little suspicious that BlackCipher64.aes doesnt respect the CPU Core priority when manual adjusting and just reverts to allow itself to use any of all of the available cores
(Though I'm not quite sure what it's actually blocking...)

Won't run if game is no running.
Encryption and transfers take resources, and many users online that have interacted/played Nexon games have reported that this program like to eat resources and slow down games
EAC is super easy to bypass, brain dead to do on AC6 to play with mods, but has to be done in offline more
