stutters and fps drops

Has anyone found a solution yet for pcs that are above the base requirements but still get terrible frames even at lowest settings 😭😭

Idk if this helps buy my friend updated his graphics drivers to the newest ones while i havent yet, he has a 3070 and i got 3060ti where he gets 70fps with drops i get constant 100 on the same settings

I get 80-100 fps on a 3080 rtx but i'll get these random frame drops that pretty much freezes my game for a 1-2 secs. It only happens once in awhile... pretty annoying.

RTX 4060 and the first few hours of playing this game ran perfectly fine, fastforward to yesterday and today and now my game will go from around 100fps to maybe 5? for a good 10-15 seconds then go back to normal for maybe a minute before it freezes and crashes. My temps are fine and nothing has changed between a few days ago and yesterday/today

I have GTX 1080 Ti and no I still haven't found any solutions to this issue.
I've tried everything I found online so far but the issue is still persisting.
The rest of my system is brand new so it's either my GPU or the game but I think it might be the latter since there are many people with better GPU then me having an issue.
I know a guy who's running with 4080 having same issue as me.
I really hope they fix it sooner than later. This issue is annoying asf.

I'm on a 4090 Everything runs super smooth for 30 minutes. Then I have this mini stutter where everything freezes for half a second twice right after the other. It always comes in two :)
Then it runs great for another 30 minutes. The stutter isn't bad enough to kill you in a fight. But it's annoying and something I wish they fix.

And idk if anyone has this issue but Echo Swamp's Special Operation mission is basically 6 FPS and filled with nothing but stutters. I even began playing on medium settings with performance DLSS and nothing helps.

I am on a 4090 as well and there two sections in the game, one in White Night Gulch and one in the Fortress, were frames during the mission went under 60fps, no other place or mission in the game had this, but those 2 places the frames went under 60fps. I guess there are places in the game where this can happen for whatever reason.

1. Shutdown your PC.
2. Unplug the cables.
3. Grab the PC and throw it in the Garbage.
4. Buy a PS5.
5. Experience smooth as butter gameplay.
6. Profit.

Man the game runs worst than Walmart cashier PC on ps5. No wonder why console market are dying. and they expand in other platforms
