How do you get ahold of Nexon customer support

I still have not received my beta tester gear nor my twitch rewards. Theirs literally no way for me to find how to get a hold of these guys, nor are they being transparent about how they plan to get these to us. I just want my gear you promised us we would have.

Did you figure it out? For the life of me can not find how to. It says for games like Maplestory there's a live chat widget, but it doesn't exist on the tfd.nexon page. And I can't find a way to email them.

Log in, then submit a ticket by clicking up in the top right corner.
However you should probably note that they are already aware of the Twitch rewards problem and working on fixing it.

As for the beta rewards, they decided to just hand them out to everyone who logged in before today.
