Has anyone figured out how to reach lower level part? most people are lost and confused :P

Found it, once you enter the hatchery. As in the giant open circular area with a crazy formation hanging from the roof. Keep going straight, do not go to the platforms that take you up or down on your right side. KEEP STRAIGHT. Once you hit the wall, go left. You should see a door downstairs. Instead of going downstairs take the path to your left the has a little increase stairway. You’ll find a cave and the mission is just outside of that cave.

I teleported back to base and I think that broke everything. When I follow the path I just get a room with big force field walls and a green ring. Nothing else. I’m so lost.
