Shelter 20+ times, got the Red mod before the 20% drop.
I put the math right here. 11 times is a little low.
same here, time for a break after nearly 90 runs
What people do here saying you "should have a higher chance after XXXX runs" is called Gamblers Fallacy.
That is not how it works. At all. Look up Gamblers Fallacy and learn something.

20% is not 1 in 5 like normal logic might suggest because every run is a new run so you only have 20% chance again. It doesn't stack 20% then 40% then 60% giving you a 1 in 5 chance.
To word it differently you have an 80% chance you won't get that drop. Does that mean you have a 4 in 5 chance you will never get it? No because each run is new odds.
To use a roulette table as an analogy. There are 36 numbers. Every time the ball spins there is a 1 in 36 chance it will land your number. But that doesn't mean after 36 spins you are guaranteed it will land on you.
"Statistically", after 20 runs, there is ~99% chance of getting the item if it has a 20% drop rate.
