Also, Intel AIBs are overclocking Intel CPUs by default for over a decade, that is not specific to latest gen.
Crashes on shader compile are in vast majority caused by unstable CPU, no matter of the brand or the generation.
Try this:
-turn off all what you can turn off in graphics menu
-turn low all graphics levels (or medium but shaders and all dlss settings must be low or turned off)
-turn screen resolution to minimal in game
When shaders are ready and game loads you can turn back all graphics settings what you like, but if you exit game to main menu or exit game this magic trick must be done again.
Hope it helps you as it helps to me.
Ahhhhh......lol.
Looks like professionals of NEXON development team doing their job as well.
2. Go into AMD Adrenalin Software, Gaming/Graphics/Reset shader cache.
If that doesn't work
3. https://www.amd.com/en/resources/support-articles/faqs/GPU-601.html
Download the cleanup tool and do a fresh install of your graphics driver.
4. Run sfc/scannow in command prompt as admin to check windows system files, yes they do get corrupt
