Thunder cage blueprint not dropping

I'm level 40, I've trashed the thunder cage weapon and now I have a mission that tell me to enanche its abilities using another one. I don't have it, as I said so I wanted to farm the components and craft it again. All good but the thunder cage blueprint is not dropping. I've done the Logistic facility missions over 30 times, not a single time has dropped it.

What's going on?

And remember, it says 20% that does not mean you run 5 times and got it 100%.
20% eatch run so if your unlucky your unlucky :P

this is punishment for getting 3% drop rate items easily. I cant get the last piece to upgrade.

I feel like people don't understand that 20% chance is not as big as they think it is, and 1 or 100 runs doesn't guarantee anything, the odds are favorable, but the drop chance ain't cumulative, it is perfectly possible to never have it drop.

That one in particular seems to be a bugged drop. I've also run it not less than 50 times and never seen it drop.

Makes me wonder if someone misplaced a decimal or something.

its nexon man when they say 20% its actualy 2% or so xD the smart thing now is they cant be seud as its free items.

I farmed my Thundercage to max in less than 4 hours.. building them took a lot longer since each one to build is 3 hours.

Im willing to admit that my RNG just tends to be abnormally bad. It could very easily just be the universe has decided a max level thunder cage just isnt in the cards.

Well.. that's RNG for you. really sucks donkey sometimes. You'll get it eventually for sure.

As a consolation prize, it took me 5 whole days to get Sharen finally.

Simply bad luck. I farmed three or four Thunder Cage Blueprints today. I just got 3 Synthetic Fibers back to back, ended up farming one more than I needed because I didn't even notice.

Correction: 2 more than I needed. And one Blueprint too much. Should've paid more attention, oh well...

As soon as I see more than one thunder ♥♥♥♥♥ equipped on boss fights - I abandon it.

The drop is pretty easy, particularly because the missions that drop it aren't very demanding in time. I think I've managed to make 5 of them, not counting the free one you get for the quest.
