Korean quest Bug - Anais

Hi, when i go to anais to request a research, a quest in korean is coming up on my screen. Whether I accept it or not, this quest prevents me from accessing my research... Any ideas?

Ran into the same thing, I managed to fix it by changing to bunny and talking to her for bunny's quest line. After that I was able to use the research screen again.
