As much as I dont like Nexon, they cant communicate what Microsoft wont tell them. Microsoft has always been shady when it comes to their infrastructure issues. They will be as vague as possible every time. This si why many dont really remember all the credit card and user data breaches theyve had, they make sure that its said vague so they can sweep it under the rug.
Thats because the game doesnt actually run off of Azure Servers. The servers are background system data, and the Online Fighting is just a Peer to Peer component that is not relying on Azure servers.
THIS! But they are a pretty bad company in general, so they don't really know better.
