most of this game is bought assets, so unless the IK skeleton in the mesh comes with the specific 'giggle' parameters, then you are not going to get any. To add them you need to modify the skeleton and the mesh weights, then do the physics for the new skeleton. This is something i do not think they have hired someone to do, i have not seen a single soft body movement that wasn't canned or part of the base UE5 library. In many respects this is an diametric opposite of Stellar blades development.
