You're still using the default Standard rarity jiggle physics. You have to farm the Rare and Ultimate jiggle physics if you want them to move more.

Yeah, I mean, it is kinda weird that characters are so next gen but they had to skimp out on adding physics properties. Noone asking for lewd level physics but some physics would be appreciated, artistically!
