Anyone else have all Unreal Engine 5 games crash while loading shaders?

Every Unreal game I play I have to start it and have it crash like 15 times as it loads shaders, each time loading a little bit more, until it loads the game without crashing?
Says I'm out of memory when I run with an RTX 4090 and 64GB of ram.

Just really annoying.

I had that problem(13700k) with most UE5 games.
Setting the power option(in windows) to Power Saver worked, but today I updated the bios and that fixed it.
