Disconnects every 25 minutes or so

I've been trying to play the defense mission in the first map, and i can't get past wave 8 before getting disconnected from the game server.

Instanced missions seem to disconnect more often, open map will disconnect once every hour or so.

I'm playing using proton-GE, is anyone else having this issue?

I'm also getting disconnects on Proton, and others in my house aren't on Windows.

Someone here is suggesting they were able to workaround it with a glibc build for EAC: https://www.protondb.com/app/2074920/#jMU9S7i-GS

Not really a useful fix if you can't implement the workaround, though, I can't either.
