What about Windows 10 22H2 ?? It'll work for an older build, but it won't work for the current one??
The answers are all over the board, the Store page in minimum hardware requirements and on the internet as a whole.
You just failed to look at all those places for some reason.
No.
Is your PC above minimum requirements as stated on Steam Store page ?
Because i want to play games to :( my gpu doesnt support dx12 and i cant upgrade :D
You can still keep playing other games or the ones you already have.
Let me answer my own question:
Nope

Maybe because dx12 is almost a decade old?

would like to have answer as well, my card supports dx12 and is by 1% more powerful than minimum RX 570

EDIT:

This is what is makes your card unable to run UE5's Nanite:
Compare to RX 570:
At minimum Shader Model 6.6 is required.
Any chance devs make Nanite optional at some point? This game literally runs on PS4.
Imagine non dx11 support when 75% of PC comsumers have not upgraded to Dx12. Imagine the holyfkness.

Move on to supported hardware like the majority of people around you already did.
Anything is possible but probably not.
