how to fix directx 12?

Well, it stated in the store page, minimum requirement is DX12.

Is your Windows Version up to date? Especially if you still use Windows 10 it needs to be at least a certain version to run unreal engine 5

I don't think that is the issue, I'm using Windows 10, but my graphic card support dx12 api, so the reason is whether your GPU support dx12 api or not. If your GPU support dx12 then you should update your Windows 10 to the latest update.

If your GPU supports DX12, you'll still need at least win10 20H2 to run most unreal engine 5 games, you can check your windows version using Windows Key + R and type winver

my windows 22H2, I checked that DirectX 12 is available but unlimited DirectX 12 doesn't support it i checked in game bar

This article is of no help, and the link to update the Nvidia drivers returns a server error.

If there is a way to disable DirectX 12 to get the game to run, please post. The devs themselves seem not to care.
